Prime Time
Prime Time is more than a band—it’s a high-energy, full-scale musical experience built to keep your event moving from the first note to the final song.
This dynamic 7-piece ensemble delivers the sound, presence, and impact of a much larger production, complete with an on-site DJ for seamless transitions and non-stop energy. For more than 15 years, Prime Time has been one of the DMV’s standout live entertainment acts, performing for weddings, corporate events, galas, and celebrations throughout the region and up and down the East Coast.
Led by saxophonist, vocalist, and bandleader Rob Stocks, also known as Snúhgie, Prime Time brings a polished mix of musicianship, charisma, and crowd connection. Alongside him, Jared adds powerhouse vocals and trumpet, while London Ivy shines as the band’s leading female vocalist, bringing style, soul, and stage presence to every performance.
The band’s exceptional rhythm section features Stanley Banks Jr. on drums, Chris Stott on bass, Austin Stahle on guitar, and Charles Alston on keys—together creating a rich, full sound that keeps the dance floor packed.
Prime Time’s repertoire spans today’s chart-toppers, jazz, Motown, soul, funk, disco, and unforgettable hits from the ’80s, ’90s, and beyond. Whether you’re planning a luxury wedding, corporate gala, mitzvah, or private celebration, Prime Time delivers the energy, versatility, and unforgettable vibe that guests will talk about long after the night ends.
