District Groove

We hired District Groove and DJ Justin for our wedding last week. THEY WERE AMAZING! Everyone is still telling us how the band was one of their favorite parts of the wedding. I also appreciated how they adhered to our black-tie dress code. The band members were so interactive when we had our last dance party of the night. They even let my now husband sing with them lol 10/10 would recommend!

District Groove

Our daughter's wedding was the party we so wanted it to be and that was largely because of the energy and music and fun that District Groove brought! Everyone danced and they never stopped - and that was because District Groove never stopped. The music was so good. Every musician brought incredible talent. We loved the way everyone in the band engaged the whole crowd. We really did not want it to end. It was amazing. I highly recommend District Groove if you want high-quality care leading up to the event and then a night you will never forget because the band was so good.

Thank you so much for helping us with our event. The band was an absolute hit, they crushed it and everybody was a huge fan of theirs. The photo booth was also a great addition I know many of our guests were happy to leave with pictures of the evening. District Groove — If you want to have the best wedding reception of all time, then District Groove is your band. This is not your run-of-the-mill wedding band, because they are TRUE performers at heart. A month after my brother’s wedding, we still talk about how phenomenal they were! I didn’t want the night to end because we all had so much fun thanks to District Groove!

We had such an awesome night with all of the band members. They were engaging, talented, and extremely fun! Highly recommend adding the horns. Their saxophone player was fantastic!!

Review of WTA/District Groove — We loved working with WTA and District Groove for our wedding. On the WTA side, Jack was responsive and helpful in getting us set up with our selected band and in the days leading up to the wedding. For District Groove, Tyler was a pleasure to work with. He was happy to take plenty of time with us to curate the experience in detail beforehand. On the day of, District Groove provided some incredible entertainment that made for an unforgettable time on the dance floor. Would strongly recommend WTA and District Groove to anybody!

District Groove — District Groove absolutely crushed it! From our first planning meeting with Jake at Washington Talent to our week prior call with Tyler, everyone we worked with were consummate professionals. We had a somewhat non standard order of reception and Tyler made sure the band folded right into our plans seamlessly. From their first note until the very last second, our dance floor stayed packed. If you’re wondering whether a band is worth it, just know that District Groove knew exactly how to read the room and match the energy in a way no DJ could. They stayed on certain songs longer when people were vibin and moved on when they weren’t. Every single moment with District Groove was a blast. We can’t recommend them enough.
