My team and I love working with Washington Talent Agency, and frequently recommend them to our couples getting married. Most recently, we worked with Sam for a wedding on May 23, 2026 at Fleetwood Farm Winery. He was attentive, asked thoughtful questions, and made sure every detail aligned with the couple’s vision. Excellent Wedding DJ

We worked with Sam Sherman, and he did a great job with our wedding. The sound worked without issues, the music was just what we asked for, and he did a great job with the dancing playlist.

We partied all night!

Washington Talent made it easy for us to find a DJ that best worked for us. From our initial call, we knew DJ Sam was the perfect match. He worked with us to create a playlist that was representative of us and a great party. He had everyone out on the dance floor all night and our guests all had a blast!

Wedding Reception

We booked DJ Sam Sherman for our wedding reception. I am so pleased with how everything turned out. To begin, WTA was extremely responsive and gave us information on which DJs were available for our date. We ended up booking DJ Sam and we are so glad that we did. He was incredibly responsive and organized, as well as just being an overall nice and pleasant person. We also had hired a Saxophonist (completely separate from WTA) and despite him running late for our cocktail hour, Sam was able to quickly set up music to provide during cocktail hour which was seamless and very much appreciated. He was incredibly professional and overall a great vibe. Our guests had the best time and I truly attribute a lot of that to Sam. I highly recommend WTA and DJ Sam!

Highly recommend DJ Sam at WTA!

We had Sam as our DJ for our wedding reception in June, and he made our wedding so fun and special! We had a blast on the dance floor and so did our guests - we got a lot of compliments on the music selection and we were so happy to see a great mix of our friends, families, and parent's friends on the dance floor throughout the night. Sam was very easy to work with, got our vision right away, and incorporated a lot of songs from the playlist we sent him with the types of songs we wanted to hear. We had a band for the ceremony, cocktail hour, and an extended hora, and Sam worked easily with them and made the transition feel seamless.

I only have great things to say about Sam. He was extremely attentive, responsive, and timely throughout the entire planning process. He operated with a sense of professionalism you’d expect for a wedding ceremony while maintaining a “cool DJ” vibe. On the day of our ceremony, he truly made all the special moment stand out taking time to make sure he pronounced everyone’s names correctly and keeping everyone dancing the entire night long.

DJ Sam was phenomenal! He was the heartbeat of our wedding reception—keeping the energy high and the dance floor packed from start to finish. From our first conversation, he was responsive, professional, and truly listened to what we wanted. His communication was clear and reassuring every step of the way, and on the big night, he absolutely delivered. The transitions were seamless, the song choices were spot-on, and he read the crowd perfectly. So many of our guests told us it was one of the best dance parties they’ve ever been to—and we couldn’t agree more. DJ Sam made our night unforgettable. Highly, highly recommend!
